Kirsty has over 25 years of industry experience working in Healthcare, Social Care and Education. Having worked in a range of clinical settings, she has extensive knowledge and practical experience of preventing and managing behaviours that challenge in mental health and care services providing care for adults of working age, older adults and young people.

Kirsty is also an Associate Partner working with IRMA, her experience also includes leading, monitoring, mentoring, and developing instructors and has contributed vastly to the development and delivery of bespoke training packages for different healthcare, social care and education providers.
