Turk has vast knowledge and experience of working in different sectors, he worked in in-patient mental health settings for over 13 years and also in special schools supporting people with complex needs and behaviours that challenge him before also gaining experience working in the security industry.

Currently, a director and lead trainer for Safe-Hands Training Solutions, Turk’s experience also includes leading, monitoring, and mentoring, and developing instructors, and contributing to the development of training packages for a large independent mental health service provider. He also holds a specialist Degree in Violence reduction, Conflict resolution and Management.
